LOWER DIVISION
Beginning in Fall 2025, we are excited to announce some new changes to our recreational program with a new game format for our Lower Division U7 to U8 age groups. We are changing the way our younger players play the game!

The Lower Division U7-U8 age group will play 5v5 (4 field players + 1 goal keeper).  The rosters for each team will also be smaller to encourage more playing time for all players.  In addition, the girls will play girls and boys will play boys, no more co-ed for this division.

This model (5v5) will allow for a 50-60% increase in touches on the ball and player actions.  This will further encourage player development and soccer awareness.

Practices will be run by certified trainers with an additional option of parent/coach practice.  Games will be on Saturdays and run by parent/coach volunteers.  We will need LOTS of parent/coach volunteers for game day.

Age: 6 & 7, born 2019 & 2018 - U7 & U8

Dates & Times:
Games: Saturdays (some Sundays pending field space availability on Saturdays) between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM - the game times will change each week - and games will last 60 minutes. The season is about 10 weeks.

Practices: Certified trainers practices:
Girls will practice Monday 5-6 pm.
Boys will practice Tuesday 5-6 pm and 6-7 pm (split by teams).
There will be an additional option of parent/coach practice as well
